Terms of Service
Last updated: June 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and online services provided by DevOption Labs, LLC ("DevOption," "we," "us"). By using our site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our services
DevOption designs, builds, and operates custom software and related services. Information on this site is provided for general purposes and is not an offer or a guarantee of specific results. Paid work is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work between you and DevOption; if anything in that agreement conflicts with these Terms, that agreement controls for the work it covers.
Accounts
Some features require an account, which is accessed through our single sign-on provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Let us know promptly of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site — for example, by attempting to disrupt it, gain unauthorized access, infringe others' rights, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Intellectual property
The content, branding, and software that make up this site are owned by DevOption or its licensors and are protected by law. Ownership of deliverables we create for a client is addressed in the applicable engagement agreement; as a general rule, clients own the custom work they commission, while DevOption retains its pre-existing tools and any open-source components, which are licensed to the client for use in the deliverable.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.
Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DevOption will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability relating to the site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Liability for paid services is governed by the applicable engagement agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold DevOption harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or end access to the site at any time if these Terms are violated or to protect the site and its users.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
