Last updated: June 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DevOption Labs, LLC ("DevOption," "we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website or use our services. We keep the data we collect to a minimum and never sell it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you contact us, request a meeting, or work with us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, email address, organization, and the contents of your message. If you have an account in our client portal, we collect the profile information associated with it.
Information we collect automatically. Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the site working. We store a small preference in your browser to remember your light/dark theme choice. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Authentication. Signing in is handled through our single sign-on provider. We receive your name and email from that sign-in to identify your account.

- To provide, operate, and improve our services and client portal.
- To keep our site and services secure and to prevent abuse.

How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our hosting and infrastructure providers), under appropriate confidentiality obligations; when required by law; or in connection with a business transfer. Our infrastructure is self-hosted on cloud servers located in the United States.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, fulfil the purposes described here, and meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices and rights
